OUR VISION

Help 1 million people feel more supported and valued at work.
A lofty goal, right? But that means there are lots of ways we can tackle it. Collaborators can help us make this vision real by:
  • Teaching people how to effectively influence their workplaces
  • Access new experiences and environments
  • Align their professional goals to their personal values

THE COLLABORATOR EXPERIENCE

As a collaborator, and first time CEU event leader, I was incredibly empowered to focus on the content that I brought to the table as Kristyn filled in the details such as marketing, enrollment, and general formatting of the presentation.

I felt supported throughout the planning and presenting process. This was an opportunity I hadn't considered for myself as a BCBA, but felt that it was an important thing to do to share my unique experience in a position outside of the traditional BCBA role. Participating as a collaborator really helped me grow my confidence and I would encourage anyone who is at all hesitant to take the leap!

COLLABORATOR FAQ

What does collaboration at Moralis look like?

When we say collaborative, we mean it! We are on the adventure together.

One of the first things we do with collaborators is meet to split up responsibilities.

Are collaborators paid?

Of course. We use fair-market approaches (plus some) for live and asynchronous CEUs.

For live CEUs, we compensate collaborators based on a percentage of seats sold. For asynchronous CEUs, we pay out a monthly royalty. Both rates are competitive, because that aligns to our company values.

What does a collaborator do?

Collaborators design and teach content based on their specific scope of competency.

Our collaborators focus on creating meaningful learning opportunities, and we take care of everything else.

What types of topics is Moralis interested in?

We focus on niche applications of behavior analysis, primarily in the Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) space. Even that is really broad, so to pinpoint a little more, we are find the following topics critical to our mission:

  • Alternative Career Paths for Behavioral Scientists
  • Employee Experience
  • Employee Engagement
  • Employee Wellness
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

But, if you've got an area of specialty that's unique, insightful, and thought provoking, we want to hear about it.

Do I have to be an BACB ACE Provider?

No. Moralis is an approved ACE provider, so anyone who teaches a CEU under the Moralis brand is covered.

What are the benefits to collaborating?

So many! There's the obvious one (getting paid). But, you also get to expand your network and meet other BCBAs who are passionate about unique applications of ABA. Here are some of the others:

  • Resume building
  • Establishing yourself as a Subject Matter Expert
  • CEU credit for teaching
  • 1 free CEU from Moralis

What if I've never taught a CE Event before?

That's ok! That's the beauty of collaborating. Kristyn has a ton of CEU and academic teaching experience. Her goal is to support all our collaborators so that their voice and content can really shine.

How will people know about the CE Event?

We take care of the marketing! We have an active presence on LinkedIn and Instagram (and working on building it on TikTok, too!). We'd love to leverage your professional network for reach too, but we do the majority of the heavy lifting.
