COLLABORATION & ENGAGEMENT
GENERALIZATION
Behavior analysts have a ton of the skills they need to be successful in non-clinical work. Having models and support to generalize the tools in your toolbox is how you can get there!
ETHICS
For behavior analysts, ethical behavior is non-negotiable! Novel ethical dilemmas present themselves outside of clinical work. And, because we care about company culture and people experience, that means we also think about DEI.
WHAT OUR COMMUNITY SAYS:
Dr. Peterson is amazing and has great knowledge into OBM. She creates each week to be engaging and thoughtful with ways to use it in the real world! Completely recommend this course for anyone wanting to go into the OBM space
- K. B.
As a BCBA it was really refreshing to learn new material. This course was a safe space for me to get my feet wet with learning the spaces OBM can implement change. The course had clear content and a nice flow; I would recommend this course truly to anyone who needs a new perspective.
- C. D.
I wholeheartedly enjoyed this course and by the end, I felt as though there were so many applications to my experiences in workplace! This course took a holistic approach to identifying, assessing, intervening, and changing problems within a leadership and organizational settings.

FAQ
Do you provide resources?
So. Many. Resources.
We provide our group participants Excel templates, assessments, cheat sheets, tutorials, and samples to help the content translate to real life.
We provide our group participants Excel templates, assessments, cheat sheets, tutorials, and samples to help the content translate to real life.
Are there any pre-requisites?
We've found that people who have a strong understanding of basic behavioral phenomena (i.e., the BACB task list) and have basic fluency with Excel or other non-automated data collection are going to do best in these groups.
We'd rate their difficulty as "intermediate".
What if I'm not a BCBA?
All are welcome in our groups! If you're not certified through the BACB, we can offer a certificate of completion instead of CEUs.
How is content for groups determined?
We build our content to reflect and address gaps that we've seen in behavior analysts in traditional ABA. It's based on behavior analytic research, but is multi-disciplinary, because our science base is still growing.
We also refine our content over time based on participant feedback, preferences, and how well we feel it supports our learner's goals.

Is there "homework"?
TL;DR Yes.
Each week you get to do a "deliverable" outside of class that's designed to help you practice what you learned, and then get feedback from your instructor and peers. These assignments are designed to help facilitate generalization, as well as build toward the "final project" (a rough draft of an OBM intervention in the topic area of your group).
What's the vibe of groups?
We want you to be able to explain what you learn after three cocktails, to your grandma, or be able to write an academic paper about it.
We also strive to have an environment of psychological safety, rich with questions and supportive feedback!
