MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR 

MAYA GRIFFIN, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Maya worked as a clinical BCBA and clinical director before doing the pivot into OBM. Knowing that the science of behavior analysis could extend much further, she's generalized her behavioral skillset into marketing in multiple industries, including software and health tech. 

Now, she's leveraging her systems-based skill set to provide consultation to businesses across a variety of industries. 

Maya is passionate about sharing her knowledge in an accessible and interactive way, and brings that approach to all her continuing education events.

How long is this course? 

It's about 6 hours from start to finish, broken into four weeks.

There's a little bit of extra time built in to review the resources!

How many CEUs will I get? 

6 Learning CEUs!

Who is this course for? 

This course is for behavior analysts who are interested in learning how to generalize their skills into consumer behavior analysis.

If you're interested in marketing as a potential career pivot - it may be a great fit for you!

Are there any pre-requisite skills needed?  

We'd rate the difficulty of this content as "intermediate" for behavior analysts.

Having a solid understanding of basic behavioral principles is necessary. Our courses are fast-paced, but we provide lots of resources to help fill any gaps you have!

How is the course broken down?  

Into 4 parts, across 4 weeks. 

Each week will build on the learning from the last, with hands on opportunities to practice what you learn during each group. By the end of the course, you will have a completed strategic marketing plan that can be used as a portfolio sample, or to be used with your own business. 

What if I'm not BACB certified?  

That's okay!

We have lots of participants who aren't BACB certified. If you're not certified, you'll receive a certificate of completion in lieu of CEUs. 

What if I have to miss a week? 

We get it! Life comes up, and sometimes it's hard to know what tomorrow looks like. If you have to miss a week, you have the ability to complete the content asynchronously and still maintain the total number of CEUs.
